At The Collective, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted for store credit or can go back to your original form of payment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Store credit is issued as a digital gift card and never expires.
START A RETURN:

ONCE SUBMITTED:
A return shipping label will be provided.
Send your item(s) back using that label.
RETURN SHIPPING:
At checkout, you’ll have the option to add Redo Return Protection:
If selected, your return label is free!
If not selected, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit when your return is processed.
PROCESSING:
Once your return is received, please allow 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday) for processing.
Store credit will be sent via email once complete.
